Less downtime.
More Spezi.

I'm Tay März — a sysadmin in Göttingen, Germany who keeps production and homelab infrastructure quietly humming. Proxmox, Docker, monitoring, backups. Hobbyist full-stack dev. Caretaker of a slightly over-built homelab.

Currently training as IT specialist @ dikon · 🐧 BTW, I use Arch (CachyOS, technically)

Who I am

One person, a few projects.

Based in Göttingen, I manage and secure production and homelab infrastructure — Proxmox, Docker, backups, monitoring, and networking. I build tooling and web apps as a hobby.

I like systems that work, on machines I can touch.

Most days I'm patching a switch, debugging a Proxmox node, tracing a routing oddity, or quietly rotating someone's passwords. Other days I'm soldering JSX and shipping silly little web apps because the brain needs candy too.

I care about privacy, accessibility, and keeping the internet weird. Off-hours: vinyl, mechanical keyboards, queer joy, and cold Spezi.

Queer, anti-fascist, pro-trans. I pick projects with care — I'd rather build less than build for the wrong people.

What I use.

Boring tech that just works. Linux everywhere, KDE on the daily, and a healthy amount of yak shaving.

Notes to self

A small wall of quotes.

One line at a time. Things I keep returning to about code, infrastructure, and being decent to each other.

Code never lies, comments sometimes do.
